I believe it to be interesting for OTC Listings that there has been over 1158 S-1s filed within the last 12 months and 39 form 10s. One of the most recent F-10s being that of Telus Corporation filing a preliminary shelf prospectus for $4,000,000,000. I believe it would be interested to review the listings within the last 12 months and the F-10s and compare the numbers in 12 months from now on OTC Listings and the subsequent life of the listings over the full two year period for both tranches.
